Mental Health Support
Warm, non-judgmental support focused on routine, connection, coping and feeling safe in your world.
Understanding the support
What is Mental Health Support?
"Big feelings are welcome here. Always."
Mental Health Support through the NDIS is available for participants who have a psychosocial disability β that is, a disability that arises from a mental health condition and significantly impacts their everyday life and functioning.
This support is not therapy. Our role is to provide practical, day-to-day support that helps participants build routine, maintain connection, develop coping skills and live as fully and safely as possible.
At Shyna Promise, we approach mental health support with patience, consistency and zero judgment. We show up the same way every time β because consistency is one of the most powerful things we can offer.

"I've had support workers before who were just going through the motions. Shyna Promise is completely different. My worker actually listens, checks in on me and shows up the same way every single time. That consistency has been everything."
