Complex Care
Specialist, skilled support for participants with higher or complex care needs β delivered with consistency, deep respect and the right training.
Understanding the support
What is Complex Care?
"Skilled care that never loses sight of the person receiving it."
Complex Care through the NDIS β also known as High Intensity Daily Personal Activities β is specialist support for participants who have higher, more complex or medically involved care needs that require trained and experienced staff.
This includes participants with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, complex health needs or behaviours of concern that require a higher level of skill, knowledge and consistency to support safely.
At Shyna Promise, our complex care staff hold the required high intensity training and work closely with each participant's allied health team, support coordinators and families to deliver care that is both clinically safe and genuinely person-centred.
