Understanding the support

What is Community Access?

"Life doesn't happen at home. We help you get out and live it."

Make a Referral

Community Access through the NDIS is support that helps participants get out of the home and engage with their local community β€” safely, confidently and as independently as possible.

This can include attending social events, sporting activities, appointments, classes, shopping trips or simply spending time in the community doing things you enjoy. The goal is connection, confidence and a genuine quality of life.

At Shyna Promise, we match you with a support worker who gets your vibe, shares your interests where possible, and makes community outings feel natural β€” not clinical.
